Our experienced consultant will
come to your home or meet you on
site and will work with you to customise
and design your window openings
to meet your needs and requirements

quotation.
How to
Order
When you are ready to place your
order simply contact us. You
will be required to sign your quotation
as your "Acceptance of Quotation"
and you will be required to pay
1/3rd deposit of the total order
(including GST). We will send
you a letter of receipt of your
order and deposit.
Check Measurement
You will be contacted by one of
our consultants to arrange a suitable
time for one of our skilled installation
consultants to perform a final check
measurement to ensure complete customer
satisfaction.
Installation & Final Payment
You will be contacted by one of
our consultants to arrange a suitable
time for final installation of your
order. You will be issued
with an invoice and required to
pay the final payment (including
GST) at time of installation.
Installations are skilfully completed
by our professionally qualified
craftsmen. We accept Visa,
Master Card, Bankcard, Money Orders
and Cheques.
Care & Maintenance
Dust should be removed with a soft
vacuum cleaner accessory brush,
with the blades/slats/louvres tilted
for easiest access. Wiping
with woven cloths should be avoided.
After dusting, use a light moistened
chamois type cloth. Be sure
to remove all excess moisture.
Do not use any household cleaning
compounds or sprays as many of these
products contain strong chemicals
which can be corrosive to paint
and lacquer finishes.
